This week we are celebrating all things Disney Princess on VeryNeko! With every great Disney Princess, there’s a wonderful companion ready to assist! Therefore, we wanted to break down our top 5 favorite Disney companions!
Meeko – Pocahontas
This cheeky little raccoon isn’t exactly the most helpful of companions. Meeko, companion to Pocahontas, is greedy and constantly stealing food. As a result, he is always getting himself into trouble. Along with his friends Percy and Flit. Much to their annoyance, they are always involved in Meeko’s Mischief. Apart from this, his is absolutely adorable and endearing! So we can’t fault him too much!!
Gus & Jaq – Cinderella
We didn’t have the heart to separate these two! So our number four spot goes to Gus and Jaq from Cinderella! Jaq and Gus are two mice who befriended Cinderella. These two are some of the most loyal Disney Princess companions. From helping her make a dress to rescuing her from being locked away – Gus and Jaq are always to the rescue!
Heihei – Moana
We can’t imagine without this silly chicken. Heihei is hilarious, but he’s not bravest or helpful! On occasion Heihei has actually been helpful though, whether intentional or not! Did you know, originally he was supposed to be intelligent? Heihei was meant to be Chief Tui’s sidekick, playing the role of a guard dog. We are glad this didn’t come to be because we wouldn’t have Heihei any other way!
Mushu – Mulan
We think that Mushu is one of the funniest companions! Mushu began his adventure with Mulan for his own selfish reasons. As the story progressed, Mushu began to care for Mulan. His wit and sass is unmatched to any other Disney Princess Companion! That’s why he has our number two spot.
Pascal – Rapunzel
Is there a theme of Disney Princess companions being sassy? Because Pascal from Tangled is no exception! Pascal was an amazing friend to Rapunzel and extremely protective! He even let her dress him up. If that isn’t true friendship, we don’t know what is!
